Delicious breakfast , clean and good service .

excellent stay and experience. the bar downstairs in the lobby had amazing service. they were very busy during happy hour and the two servers were still smiling and super helpful. at different times of day it did get a little to warm but the front desk was able to bring us a fan to our room. the rooms were were clean and well kept.. was able to use the gym during our stay it was wonderful

Dirty stained carpet, walls door stains, tub dirty, pillow uncomfortable

We always love to stay at embassy suites. The breakfast is unmatched. We used the laundry facility which was key as this was near the end of our trip.

Nice staff , good location , Old , lobby updated , in my opinion room was smelling and we did not like that

Self, a couch was dirty. However, staff made it right by moving us to a different room and comping the parking. It was a hassle to move everybody out, but overall, the staff made sure that they put things right

I liked that the rooms were clean other than the shower being really old and yellow looking. The room we were in was really hot for some reason a/c said 65 but it felt more like 70. Staff who helped us check in was really nice.

It was noisy and hot in the main lobby. The cooling system is awful. They have different modes for the HVAC and it made the main lobby extremely hot and the room freezing and you couldn’t adjust the temperature. I couldn’t enjoy the manager’s special due to the heat. The photo on Expedia also shows a pretty pond in the main lobby and there was no pond. Parking is also a nightmare. The spots are smaller than normal so the lot was very crowded.
