Our stay at Towers Hotel in Castellammare di Stabia was absolutely fantastic. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, we truly felt at home. The location is beautiful, the property is well maintained, and the amenities exceeded our expectations. The complimentary shuttle to the city was a huge convenience and made getting around effortless. What made our stay truly special was the exceptional staff. A special thank you to Michele and Lucia at reception for their warm welcome, arranging our early check-in, and making our late check-out so easy. Their kindness and professionalism set the tone for an unforgettable stay. A big thank you as well to Domenico, the lifeguard, and to the bartender (I’m sorry I forgot your name) for their genuine hospitality and positive energy. Every member of the team went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The service, attention to detail, and genuine care shown by everyone were outstanding. We left with wonderful memories and are truly grateful for such an amazing experience. Thank you to the entire Towers Hotel team. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Amalfi Coast area.

Great location and beautiful views of mt Vesuvius and the bay.

Bring your own washcloths and towels. Because they are not good at providing them when needed. Otherwise beautiful property had a wonderful stay. Also, when it comes to transportation, either hire a car service or get ready to take a train.Because the free shuttle will only take you to the train station.In vico equince.

We had problems with our room and there The hotel itself is nice, but the customer service was extremely disappointing. We were given the wrong room, and when we reported it, the staff showed no concern and made no effort to resolve the issue. The shower water was dangerously hot, and despite notifying the front desk, they were unable to fix it or move us to another room. There was also no manager available to speak with. To make matters worse, when I contacted Expedia for assistance, the hotel provided inaccurate information instead of honestly addressing the situation. A nice property cannot make up for poor customer service. Unfortunately, our experience was frustrating, and I cannot recommend staying here based on how we were treated. I was also very disappointed that Expedia didn't have our back either. In order to help.

This stay was amazing location the pool near a beach parking service nice hotel nice got a room with sea view beautiful and rooms big with bathtub and shower def worth it and breakfast as well

Great hotel - not close enough to the resturants though

They give us one towel for the room, I would like two towel for two person

This is not the most convenient location- you have to take a shuttle with limited times to get to the train station to get to Sorrento and from there get a ferry to Naples, Capri or Amalfi / Positino. I thought we were staying in Sorrento so took a ferry there and it costs us $80 euros to get to hotel sadly. You also have to get a bus between the ferry port and train station or walk it. All of this hard on my husband who uses a Walker. However, with all that said, this place is TERRIFIC!! No complaints whatsoever. Amazing views of Vesuvius, beautiful pool, great staff, lovely breakfast, spacious room & balcony, etc!
