The place was great, location was great, staff, bedding, clean shower, etc, but we did have an issue with the extra bed with dirty sheet as well as sheets left behind from the previous guests in our room. We took pictures and the front staff promptly took action, but when we came back, they had not changed out the sheets for new ones. Besides this smallish incident, everything else including staff was great. The on-site parking would not fit our MB Vita, so we had to use an off-site parking garage.

The hotel staff is lovely and the breakfast is great! The gym is just three workout machines. Location is amazing!!

Nice hotel and well located in the heart of the Jewish quarter, close to many good shops and restaurants. Two primary issues - room would not cool at night. When I texted hotel staff, they informed me it was a government regulation. I researched this regulation and explained to them it did not apply to individual room, only common areas. They would never admit their deceit and were merely trying to save money. Hotel gym totally inadequate. My next hotel in Spain had plenty of A/C

beautiful property, lovely staff, excellent restaurant, perfect location for exploring on foot.

Good hotel in a great position to explore all the major attractions. Close to many bars and restaurants. The pool was a welcome relief to the heat although the system for getting a towel is silly and not opening the pool until 12 seemed wierd. The staff were helpful and there were numerous places to relax. My only negatives were having a shower over a bath(maybe room choice) and that the AC was not able to be contolled.
