Overall experience is ok despite that it is a bit dated. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Aircon was very cold. However, there are times when it felt that the Air-conditioning was Off. Perspired in the night. Shower equipment and bidet could have been more friendly. Need to have a modern hot cold mixer and bidet should be lever on/off. Reaching to turn on n off the valve is not friendly. Interior is like a grand old dame. Nice but can be polished up to look more grand. Carrot cake was wonderful but took a long time to arrive with the birthday greetings.

I really enjoyed my stay yet again was well and truly made to feel at home. The Consierge team went out of their way to arrange a trip to a remote village I wished to visit and Chef Moran and his team presented some delicious food.

Nice relaxing hotel

A lovely place to stay, ideal for central KL. I stayed in a lovely spacious room, all the staff were extremely polite, approachable, knowledgeable and keen to assist. Consierge Hafizi and Chef Moran people of note.

Every thing was good

Really enjoyed our 3 night stay here at the start of our Malaysia holiday. The hotel is located within an easy 15 min walk to the Petronas Towers and KLCC. Helpfully, the Avis car rental office is also located at the ground floor business lobby, which made out subsequent hire car pickup very easy when we checked out The hotel is of a more traditional, grand style. The rooms have recently been updated and modernised and are very comfortable. The gym was excellent and the outdoor pool very pleasant after a morning of sightseeing in the heat. Lots of fresh towels always available. We had an Exec room which meant we got access to the club lounge where complimentary cocktails/drinks and snacks were available each evening and made for a relaxing start to the evening The staff were always friendly and helpful, particularly so in the main lounge area where we enjoyed relaxing with a drink. Breakfast was excellent as ever for a Sheraton, with lots of choice for all nationalities and the usual polite and efficient service. Would happily stay here again when visiting KL

Excellent service from the moment we arrived until the very end of our stay. The staff were truly fantastic—friendly, professional, and always helpful. The room was very comfortable and impeccably clean throughout our stay. Breakfast was enjoyable, with a good variety of options, although international choices were somewhat limited. The fresh-pressed juices were excellent.

The room was super excellent!

Room is quiet and generous in size, sound proof is excellent on the top floor . Unfortunately the front desk look tired and doesn’t not smell clean or fresh.
