Room was too small. Not well cleaned. Towels were dirty. No fan no ac

The staff were probably the saving grace of this hotel. Staff at reception and at breakfast were very helpful and polite. The room was fine, very dated though and the showerhead was useless in the bathroom. Too top heavy so just kept falling down. It was very noisy as well. People coming in talking at 3am and slamming doors. Very inconsiderate and meant I didn't get very much sleep.

All ok- but hotel rooms on two site - other guests very noisy and no phone to call reception for help and felt very isolated given the level of noise and no indication staff were available to help

Regrettably, the quality of the accommodations and services provided fell significantly short of acceptable standards, rendering the overall experience highly unsatisfactory. Due to the substandard conditions and the failure to meet the expectations of a paid guest, I request a full refund for my booking. At this price point, you can't expect a lot. Plenty of repairs/maintainence and fixes needed, but clean and comfortable enough. Well located for travel into London.

The parking was adventure

Excellent breakfast and staff. Beds were very comfortable.

It was a nice little stay away, in the executive room but be aware that there is no AC and it was scorchingly hot, one small fan which in comparison to the room was not very useful. We asked for another fan but there were none available, very limited free parking but the staff are really nice and friendly. It was clean

Our room was very small for 2 people..only 1 foot gap at each side of the bed and approximately 2 foot at the bottom between the bed and a dressing table, shower tray was still unclean. Paid for breakfast but didn't realise they didn't serve bacon or any pork in general which for a Best Western in the capital of what is British surprised us..it should of been an option at least. Everything else..the comfort was good, the parking was convenient, it was quiet and all the staff that we met were absolutely lovely and couldn't of been more helpful so 5 star for them but 3 star for the hotel from us.

When I arrived I was allocated a twin room 2 floors up. As I have mobility issues I use the room. There is no lift at the hotel.The receptionist said that was not a problem and offered me a single room on the ground floor. Thank you Olga for that. The room was a bit small but as there was only me it didn't matter. The bed was comfortable and I had a good night's sleep. The shower was excellent. Breakfast was buffet style with plenty of hot and cold food. Tea coffee and different juices where available. The breakfast was hot and enjoyable. The price was excellent. The next time I am in London I will be staying there again. Excellent location beside the train station and 10 minutes into the centre of London. Special mention to the staff excellent and very courteous. Well done.
