Surprisingly large room, very nice fancy bathroom. Only regret is not staying longer. It’s very unassuming on the outside but has very nice rooms and great staff.

極佳 There is a 24-hour convenience store and coin laundry opposite the hotel, both well within a minute walk. The washer and dryer are well maintained and clean by the owner of the laundromat. Hotel is nicely located, walking distance to transport and downtown Gion.

Small hotel with good staff in a fabulous location. Hotel offers great freshly ground coffee, even providing a coffee grinder in the room!
