Rooms were clean, all staff super helpful and always willing to help. Variety and choice of breakfast was superb 🙂. The only downside of facilities was non use of the outdoor pool but the staff came up with another option to use the facilities at the sister hotel.

Well-located property in Ahmedabad, the only 5-start hotel in the area. I was only sad that my stay was so brief. My room had an excellent view of the riverfront and was filled with amenities - coffee, tea, water bottles, bathrobe, toiletries, international plug points, automated shades, etc. I didn't have an opportunity to try any of the restaurants but I can speak to the room dining service which was excellent. The little things matter to enhance one's experience, and this is what The Hyatt does really well. If I come back to Ahmedabad, I'd be reluctant to stay anywhere else.

Room air conditioners don’t cool enough at night. Pillows are not comfortable at all

Good for business stays.

Excellent business hotel.

This was my view of the swimming pool. Room phone did not work

Lovely staff Lovely service swimming pool closed very long term disappointing overall recommended

Breakfast is really good

All staff including door keepers are very nice and cooperative.

Breakfast good. Work near pool makes it noisy, but still usable.
