Office was closed at ,,6.30am

Room was spotless. Kitchenette had no cutlery. The 1st room they put me in, the window was broken and stuck open and with an explanation to the front desk, I got a different room. Gym is missing a bunch of stuff. Breakfast was bare bones and coffee was super weak. Ya get what ya pay for!

I understand a late check out fee, keeping staff late and all. But an early check in when the room is ready?? Also manager chewing gum, mouth open and loud. Wasn’t a great check in.

I didn’t liked the rooms at all!! They were in run down conditions, the bfast was awful cold and bad. The room didn’t had hair dryer I had to request for hair dryer and got it in an hour so !! Overall I was not happy with experience it didn’t feel like hotel. At 9 pm all lights on main floor will be closed or dim, didn’t have hotel feeling rather felt like being in a hostel or so. I felt as it’s by radisson it would be good pick. I don’t think so I’ll recommend this hotel to anyone. Didn’t expect a radisson property to be in run down condition like this.

Great for a 1 night stopover.

Very clean room, comfortable beds and pillows. Nice sized rooms. Great location, friendly staff.

Couldn't find booking, insisted I pay them again for the stay. Eventually "found it", then sent me to a room that was being renovated didn't have a toilet, linens, pillows etc. Night desk agent was rude and bias. All in all took an hour to check in. Avoid this place, last thing you need if you've been traveling all day.

The room was clean and the staff was helpful.
