Everything was great! Highly recommend, location, safe! Easy to navigate, you can walk anywhere from the port, beach, and city center or the romantic side with restaurants and water front views in 10 minutes.

The front desk staff were so kind and helpful. The dining staff at breakfast was the same and the view outstanding! Drinks on the rooftop were excellent and the view was amazing, certainly not to be missed. The pool was very relaxing and it was nice to have service for food and drinks. The view from the room was also amazing and the location was perfect. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. I would definitely recommend this hotel. It hit the mark in every category! They know how to take care of their guests!

Reception staff were very welcoming and explained everything that we needed to know. Carmen walked us to our room and showed us how to use the air conditioning etc….very helpful. Our bedroom was beautiful and very clean. Comfortable bed. Bathroom had everything you needed. We had a lovely balcony. Great to be able to sit outside. Beautiful pool/garden area. Great location. Unbelievable views. Definitely recommend.

Just loved this place and location out of main tourist streets

We loved this hotel! Please ignore my previous review. The staff was very helpful. The breakfast was always really good and a great way to start your day with that view. The rooftop bar is just amazing. We looked forward to that every evening. Our only wish was for more storage, especially in bathrooms. We would all stay here again!

The staff were amazing! Loved the rooftop bar for evenings watching the sunset and over looking the water! It is an easy walk to Marina Grande (minus the hill back up!), and not too far from the shops and restaurants on the piazza.

This is a beautiful hotel. It sits by the sea with a good view of Mount Vesuvius. The signature picture of the hotel is from the breakfast area, not from any sea view rooms. That can be misleading. We booked a sea-view room with balcony. But more than half of the view from the room was blocked by the adjacent building.

No gym and kinda a strange location ticked away but still a nice place. Staff is helpful. Rooms and bathrooms not large but sufficient. My wife enjoyed the breakfast buffet very much. If you are looking for an open hotel with lots of space this isn’t it.
