Great location and amazing views, staff were very friendly and efficient. The hotel does need a refurbishment as it is a little tired but other than that, great hotel.

It was a fantastic room off the court yard. The room it self was clean modern. Only a few minutes to town by walking. We popped next door to Q1 for breakfast which was lovely. I would book this place again when I come down next.

Overall great stay for a couple days. My room as a solo traveller probably did not feel as luxury as advertised, but still worked for me. Had everything I needed, heating and air-conditioning is useful for the surprising weather variations, and laundry facilities are useful. Modest downsides was my location, which was alongside an access road so can hear the disposal guys in the morning/evenings, and people accessing the pedestrian exits, so had to be careful about opening the windows/blinds at certain times, and no views of the lake. The tv system did not work either, but I wasn’t using. Also alittle confused about cited free parking as no free onsite parking offered, but able to use street parking nearby.

Amazing place, spacious, clean and beautiful fire place and living area. So close to the main town centre and lake. Views were spectacular

If you’re looking for a good location, roof above your head, and basic necessities, it’s fine. Staff was great. Washer ruined my clothes. Dryers didn’t dry clothes. Bed sheets had weird stains on them. It was whatever. I feel like it looks luxury in the pictures but it was definitely not, at least in the room we stayed. But it worked for what we needed.

Great set up! The rooms where clean and comfortable.

The location was great - 3-5min walk from the wharf - it wasn’t busy or noisy which was great . The furniture was tired, the carpet dirty - an attempt was made to mask the smell with deodorant spray and the bathroom was terrible- cracked sink with mould around the plug, all the silicon was mouldy, the bathroom door swollen from water damage and the towels were torn . Positively though the bed was comfortable.

Location excellent, room tired and parking easy, convenient, if relatively expensive.

The 2 bedroom suite we booked was massive and very comfortable, we were in the back building so our lake views were impeded quite a bit. The location is fantastic, queenstown was just a lot busier than we wanted. The suites kitchen is modern but the carpets and couch could use a refresh and our balcony seem to be pooling water on the floor.
