Good hotel. Breakfast overpriced but optional.

Very clean, helpful and courteous staff, well located to get to many tourist sites in Milan

The hotel was far and away better than I expected.... from the beautiful wood paneling to the walls with cloth wall covering in our room (not wall paper but looks like it) and staff that always made us, English speaking customers, feel heard and special. It is in China town but was safe and nice we walked at 7am thru 11 pm and felt good.

The hotel is located in Chinatown with lots of places to eat close by. The metro was around 10 minutes walking. We walked to the city centre in around 20 to 25 minutes. The breakfast was good, plenty of cakes, but also savoury options and I liked the scrambled eggs which in many places can taste a bit fake. The bed was comfortable and the room clean.

Staff were excellent, room was spacious and clean. Bed was good. Shower was challenging, difficult to get consistent hot water. It kept going hot and cold. Also it was a tub and shower head was tight at end making it difficult to stand. Otherwise hotel is lovely.

Well located hotel, friendly and amenable staff. Room is clearly old and tired, but a clean and comfortable bed.

Staff went over and beyond to make our stay very pleasant. We stayed 1 night on Sept. 25th 2025. The concierge who checked us in was extremely helpful. He recommended restaurants, a store to buy a backpack and taxi service.

Great location near the China town. Room is small but clean.
