He’ll well I Paid For the room and I couldn’t get into the room after 3 phone calls and a hour I had to find somewhere else to stay and now what happens how do I get a refund I was every disappointment I do hope to hear back from someone

Check in at the Tudor Inn is terrible, no code was sent, terrible phone service trying to get codes.

All good & quiet enough, internet worked/tv etc. If i had an issue it would be the connecting room scenario with the other room occuapants able to be heard quite easy through the door

High music noise level at night from adjacent Hotel.

Room was clean and tidy, proper beds were comfortable, shower was terrible, no pressure and leaked everywhere. Stretcher bed for 4th person was terrible and didn’t have enough linen. Good location for McDonalds Jones Stadium and great pub next door.

Smoke alarm went off at 11.30pm. Everyone evacuated, fire trucks arrived, what a nightmare. Super dodgey place

No staff Little direction Parking just ok

GOOD ROOM, CAR PARK

The room was very poor — could hear noise from the corridor. Never again.

Very basic room, trundle bed was not sturdy didn’t want to let any kids sleep on it. Location is ok
