The place is old and not kept. The toilet seat stayed down you had to keep holding it up to sit on the toilet. No power points nexts to beds The room was cold Good parking Staff were helpful on checkin

Nice private room, very convenient to cental auckland k-road areas . Staff helpful and friendly. Room clean ans tidy. Basic te coffee avaliable. Only draw back was one of the radiators in the room wouldnt shut off. Was quite warm, but opened window to cool down. Overall very great experience 😃😃. Definitely recommend taking parking as was very useful for getting around.

Firstly, this is great value for money if you look at the location alone. It is walking distanace from everything in the CBD. Our room was clean, and I could not find any faults with that. The room is a bit outdated, in that it looks and feels old. But it had everything we needed. There were some damages to the walls that were poorly fixed. Our room/apartment was right in fornt of the lift, and next to the stairs, so it was a bit noisy, all hours of the night. The staff were friendly and helpful. We didn't get a chance to check out the shared space downstairs, so I can't comment on that. I will definetely stay there again if all I'm looking for is a place to sleep for a night.

This is an old building and it has been a few years since I last stayed there. It was pleasing to see there has been a huge amount of work upgrading the building and facilities. The place is not flash but it is comfortable and central to Auckland CBD. I would stay there again should the need arise

It was easy to walk around.

The room as good for the price. It wasn't as spacious as the photo since there was only 1/2 meter at the foot of the bed. But it was good and clean. Although for some reason, around 1am, there was a noise outmtaide of the room. So imif you're a light sleeper, it might bother you a bit

The receptionist who checked us in was wonderful and helpful during our stay she was the best part of our stay. The room was okay but very small could hardly move around, the walls are paper thin so you can hear everything next door which was not pleasant, especially at 6am. There is a $100 deposit I wasn't aware of until check in. Beds are firm which I liked but my companion didn't she woke up with a sore back.

The room was nice and tidy and staff were friendly.Liked the tea making facilities.Even had a bus stop to Onehunga practically outside the door, which coincidendtly i needed to get to.Only gripe is the toilet seat had to be held up and no soap holder in shower.Otherwise great.I'll be back.
