Great operation, great kitchen… unfortunately it does not have its own platform on sea like orher hotels.

Spa was good, very family friendly. Overall very good experience.

We had a lovely experience. The hotel and facilities were great and our large group enjoyed our stay. We will recommend this hotel and location. We will visit this hotel again in the future.

Arrived and got seen at reception straightaway although had to wait till 2pm for the room. Had a lovely lunch and drinks on the terrace. Not busy and was waited on by many staff members. Sea view room was comfortable and everything worked as was meant to do. For the price paid, highly recommended.

We have had a joyful stay at Kaya Belek! The staff are very professional and helpful and the room is spacious and spotless. The food provided is international and properly cooked. It was a bit too cold for us to use the outdoor pool and the waterpark on site was refurbishing, but the indoor pool was heated at 28C and the kids enjoyed a lot in there too. Would definitely recommend!

The quality was not what I would expect from a 5-star hotel. Air con was not working and the rooms were pretty worn down

We had a great short stay at Kaya Belek hotel. The rooms are spacious, the food was great and the staff were very attentive. The hotel is in need of a refurbishment as it looks very tired but it didn’t spoil our time. My only slight disappointment was that the gym didn’t open until 8:30am.

It was a very bad experience. The doors are designed to open with electronic cards, but they often don’t work properly. The rooms and hallways smell terrible. The towels in the room were torn. The pools shown on the left side of the hotel’s promotional photos are actually part of Kaya Palazzo, not this hotel — yet they misleadingly present them as their own. We were entitled to an à la carte dinner, but when we tried to make a reservation, we were told it was fully booked for four consecutive days and were not accommodated. The sunbeds are old and made of plastic. The floor tiles and ceramics are broken and poorly maintained. The food quality is low — they sometimes serve meals left over from the previous day or even two days ago. The alcoholic drinks are of the lowest quality. There’s only one type of beer available: Efes. For kids activity many children were turned down, as the activities had very limited capacity. That created unnecessary stress for our kids and us. This hotel is absolutely not worth the price. Avoid it at all costs.
