極佳 Went to Lucca for the music festival and this hotel was in a great location, walkable to the train and all of the venues for the shows we saw - lovely vibe - will stay there again!

We had a wonderful stay here. The staff were exceptionally welcoming and kind. The breakfast was a great spread including homemade pesto. We were staying for a concert and the next morning they were playing the band’s music at breakfast which we thought was a sweet touch. Very well located for train travel too. Would definitely at here again.

A lovely hotel set right in the centre but in a quiet street. Very clean rooms, excellent air conditioning and a good breakfast with great cappuccino. Every staff member is fantastic; so friendly and helpful. Already thinking about returning. May be an issue for someone with mobility problems as there is no lift.
