It was no pool .

Old but clean enough for a few nights if you’re out of the room a lot

These folks treated us like family. They were kind and accommodating, and the hotel is clean, well-kept, and in a great location. Checkout was noon, but they allowed me to hang out at the pool until my husband returned from his diving trip a few hours later.nice people.

Clean, beautiful, spacious room, very attentive and welcoming staff, the service is A+++ (just for that alone, you'd want to come back); botted drinking water; the amenities were not the best, but the staff did everything possible to make our stay more enjoyable, they even bought and installed a brand new hand held shower for us. We had a room with the kitchenette and all the appliances were new, full size refrigerator. *One star off for the amenities and dated cabinets, no hair dryer, but overall, pleasant stay, good location within a short walking distance from downtown, stores and restaurants, although some 5 min from the airport, it was quiet, we even forgot how close we were to the airport. Convenient location

Have stayed at La Casona Real several times for SCUBA diving trips to Cozumel. The property is ideal for travelers that spend the majority of their time out doing activities during the day and enjoying the local restaurants in the evening. Ideally located and within walking distance of the Ferry Terminal and the majority of San Miguel 👌

I didn't like anything people was nice hotel needs up date music at night unbearable

A great property off the main strip, at a very reasonable price. And, walking distance to supermarket, restaurants, and other amenities, though nothing fancy. The staff is first class.

The hotel is funky as one would expect from the photos. It looks like they are undergoing some renovations in the courtyard area. If you get a room facing 25th, the Cantina across is very loud until the wee hours of the morning. The bed and pillows were quite hard. The room was clean and the shower pressure was OK.
