Our family of 4 enjoyed our one-week stay. Breakfast was delicious and well-stocked, laundry was convenient and the staff were all friendly and helpful. Located within half a block of the Berri metro that connects to all the major lines throughout the city. During the summer week we were there, there was live music every night nearby. It’s convenient if you enjoy the night scene, but have earplugs if you don’t, although it was only a muffled sound from the sixth floor. Highly recommend!

Great location for walking around or taking the metro and seeing Montréal. Reasonable breakfast, but no change - same menu each day. Having a coin operated laundry room with multiple machines on premises a definite plus. Toiletries could be improved- no bath soap available.

Surprisingly, our room was not ready for our reservation for 3 guests! Good location & good breakfast.

The hotel is a bit outdated, but staff is very friendly, we had a maintenance issue which was solved right away; nice breakfast; walking distance from the Old Town. The only part I really didn’t like was a parking garage. It was hard to find a spot there, hard to squeeze the car to the spot and then get out of the garage.

The kitchen feature was great, all the pots and pans, glasses and kitchenware - all clean and working. We needed to check the box on the form to request housekeeping, but they never came to clean. I'm sure if we called every day, maybe they would stop by. Just make sure you know that.

Excellent location in the city, 20 min walk to Old Montreal and close to The Village. Room was clean and functional, but pretty small, faced the back of a condo building, so pretty much needed to keep the curtains closed the entire time. Also, was not advised that you have to specifically request a room clean in the lobby each day...housekeeping is not automatic. Never stayed anywhere where this was their policy. The breakfast was decent, the croissants were the most fresh, buttery, flaky I have ever eaten!! But they did not offer Greek yogurt as an option, only the super watery, low cal yogurt. Staff was friendly. Decent value for the money.

Room was kinda cold. The walls seem kinda thin I could hear other people in the rooms beside me, it wasn't a big deal breaker or anything though. Area was convenient, most things I needed were walking distance, the area in the night is a little weary but nonetheless I had a great time here. Breakfast is served every morning, great selection, and very delicious pastries :)

Well-located (steps from Berri-UQAM), well-maintained and spacious suite. Breakfast was good (croissants were delicious) and complimentary. Staff were friendly and welcoming. I'd stay here again!
