Friendly staff with good breakfast. Notably quite noisy in rooms on the west side of the building but staff was very accommodating.

La location est parfaite au centre ville. Les chambres sont correctes, pas trop petites. Le déjeuner est très bien. Accueil chaleureux et personnel nous ont permis de quitter la chambre à midi sans frais. On recommande l’hôtel pour son qualité-prix.

Breakfast was great. Staff excellent. Only downside was lack of charging outlets .

The hotel is at the heart of Long street, good location, close to food, shopping but kind of shady with security. Nice staff, the breakfast could improve, more fruits

The food was fresh however they had limited variety of food to choose from.

Clean room although the carpet looks old. Clean bathrooms. Breakfast good but needs variety especially for non meat eaters.

The staff is great, but the place itself is awful. The location sucks, very noisy, the windows don't close tightly, the rooms are not sound proofed, the air conditioning is very noisy and does not work properly. The rooms are very tiny, I asked to be moved to a different room and the receptionist at the front desk did not know where to put me because all the rooms were noisy. I would give this place a 2 star.

Yes the mountain view was impressive if only you could invest in modern windows. Windows were very dirty from the outside

everything was old an falling apart. The carpets were dirty and worn. The faucet was wobbly, the shower door felt like it would fall off. There was mold. It is just a very old hotel that should be a 1 star, not listed as a 3 star.

The floor in the room was dirty. The AC was extremely loudy and old. The vue was horrible. It smelted food at 6:00 am in the room. The breakfast was very nice, also the beds.
