Nice hotel. Rooms recently refurbished and attractive restaurant. Only downside was that we were rushed by the staff in the restaurant.

很好 Very quiet, and clean. Good beds as well.
Only issue was that we wanted to have dinner and the reception informed us that the restaurant was fully booked. We tried our luck and went straight to the restaurant and saw there were lots of empty tables. We had dinner there without any problem.

Rooms are a bit dated, and could be cleaner (especially the carpet).
No staff service elevator, cleaning staff gave itself priority to use the elevator before waiting guests (pregnant, with a child and luggage/stroller) not a very good look.

We stayed for 2 nights as a family, in 2 rooms.
The entrance level, comprising of the hotel reception, restaurant and bar were modern and immaculate but our floor, floor 4, the rooms were a complete contrast to this. There were many big black stains on the carpet in both rooms. The bathrooms were not clean in both rooms.

Gorgeous surroundings and easy check in. The restaurant was brilliant, staff were friendly and chatty, and the bar was very welcoming.
