不錯 Staff were excellent , late check in excellent, definitely not as was advertised, room dated and carpets stained and dirty and lifting. Great view, ammenities need maintenance.

I don't want to boast too much about this property, because I want it available to me next time, but credit where credit is due!
Property was exactly as described on the tin, great position with great views, check in process was seamless with staff very friendly and helpful, fantastic accommodation.

Fantastic location and brilliant views. Apartment was very big and staff helpful. Some improvements needed to the equipment and furnishings.

There was a lot of building work occurring so sitting on the balcony was not a great experience with constant drilling. Not so much a property issue more bad timing. Have stayed here plenty of times and will return. Staff are very friendly and property very clean. Go for an Ocean view room ;)

Had a nice 19th floor balcony view. Room 1905.
But the balcony floor and windows did require cleaning (they are all privately owned).
Comfortable 2 bed appartment, did not have a TV in the main bedroom (bracket on the wall).
Very clean ensuite with bath. Kitchen well presented, had a pod coffee machine.
Will stay again but a couple of touched were missed.

There was nowhere to put our suitcases. Perhaps one or two purpose built low shelves in the wardrobe areas would help. Many hotels have these and they are robust enough to cope with suitcases and their wheels. There was plenty of (perhaps too much) storage space in those areas so a suitcase shelf would fit in easily.

Very outdated furnishings and kitchen and bathrooms, rattling window shutters on balcony, balcony chats all rusted so couldn’t use them without marking clothes and lots of little maintenance issues throughout the apartment.
Overpriced for what it is. Really paying for the location
