Very nice place parking was hard but we didnt mind thou , owners wete very nice to us and the beds are very comfy will deffnetly stay again when were back in town

Place was conveniently located, close to centre town and cultural activities centres, close to buses. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Nice to have access to laundry facilities, $2NZ for each a washer and dryer. Room had a nice big kitchen with gaz burners. Liked that staff brought fresh towels, coffee, etc in the morning and left it on a chair outside our room. We noted that the room looked fatigued and needed a bit of refreshing. Carpet appeared dirty. The room would also need painting. Bedcovers/ bedspreads very used and blah.

Overall, it was a good experience, we are a family of five and a dog. Staff was friendly and polite. Kitchen was clean and specious. If I have to share some observations: fix the bathroom’s door lock, the toilet door needs to be clean. We enjoyed our stay.

Room was comfortable but in big need of major clean, remove mould, was walls, carpets need a through clean. Was quite and private, value for money???

Clean and roomy. The manager was very helpful and it is located fairly central, so easy to get to anywhere in Rotorua

The room was spacious, with a complete kitchen. The beds were very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay at Six on Union! The gentleman who showed us our room was very nice and explained everything clearly. We would stay here again!

Easy check-in, clean spacious room, and easy walking distance to the downtown area.
