Top floor studio was newly renovated and had 2 terraces. Room was very clean and spacious. Comfy bed and pillows not too hard. We picked this aparthotel because of the free parking which was great, although we only used the car to get there and carry on our trip. We walked into Verona to go to opera at the arena. Very helpful map and instructions from the excellent staff at reception. Very handy Aldi nearby.

I find it hard to believe that this thoroughly outdated and profoundly depressing property has such a high overall rating on this website. The apartment we were allocated was nothing like the pictures. Without exaggeration everything looked like it was from the 70s. We didn’t have any hot water for the duration of our stay. We reported this to two different staff members who couldn’t have been less interested in this. Rather, our reporting of the issue seemed to be treated as an inconvenience. Poor location in a not particularly nice part of town. Inconvenient access to the old town. Very overpriced for what it is; it’s clearly capitalising on Verona not being equipped for the amount of tourism it attracts. Avoid this place if you want to enjoy your time in Verona!

The area of town seemed a little sketchy. The apartment building is definitely older. Our apartment was clean but had a really strong floral scent which was horrible for someone with scent sensitivities. The bed was saggy and tge pillows were really flat. Some of the dishes were chipped. Ok for one night but would not stay again.

Good value for money 20 minutes from city center. Staff is great.

Beautiful property with stunning views of Verona from the balcony! The room was clean with lots of space, and a kitchen with everything you could possibly need!

unaccommodating, poor customer service

Very disappointed. For over 300 Euros, we got a tiny apartment for one night with all the charm of the Warsaw Pact along a busy and charmless street beside a rail yard. It is not a hotel but a short-term residence, which was not sufficiently clear in the listing. The property is dingy though the front desk was friendly enough. Would not, under any circumstances, recommend.
