rude staff, So many stains on the sheet, no soap in the bathroom, mold growing in the showers, do NOT stay here.

My room, 203,had a broken bed that slide around the wood floor. You hear the freeway pretty easily near the front facing rooms. My shower also was broken with a visible seam across the back. Pooled up a huge pool of stagnant water because of it. The TV mount plastic was just free floating off the wall. My pillows were completely flat. The bed mattress itself was dented half a foot downward on one side?? Last but not least, there was a baby cockroach in the last day in the bathroom. This whole stay was a trial & was the only available room for the convention weekend. I recommend staying somewhere else.

The door didn’t shut all the way, and the room itself was smaller than advertised.

The room was clean enough and the shower pressure was well enough, but surrounded buildings are dirty and I saw that homeless person was sleeping at premises.

There was no hot water we all took a shower with cold water

On the first night I left to my event then came back around 10pm my door wasn’t closed all the way after cleaning service. I was able to push it open without using my key. No cleaning service on Saturday. Cheap and affordable. Air conditioning works. Lots of room for parking. Staffs were friendly.

Although the room was booked in advance they didn’t bother and never open the door therefore it was very useless and inconvenient- will never recommend it to friends or family.

Everything clean and good air conditioner

I've had the unfortunate privilege of staying at this property on and off for 6 month now due to a construction project near by. I travel for a living so I live out of hotels and have for over 15 yrs. Its rare that I will take the time to write a review about a place not meeting expectations but this place takes the cake! The property is half Motel-6 and half Super-8. Both property's have the same style of rooms. Super confusing why both are managed out of same office. Both places are absolutely filthy. I understand this place is a budget friendly motel in not the best part of town, but pick up the trash already!!! I've never seen a property where the managers, office personal, and maids will literally walk over trash piled up out front of a rooms for days. Its disgusting and unsanitary. The rooms are so bad I had to bring my own blanket, pillow and towels because coming in contact with any surface in these rooms is a gamble. The floors are all sticky, the beds are old and have body imprints with no padding. The towels are so thin and abrasive, I wouldn't even dry my used vehicle with it. No body that works there seems cares and it shows. Luckily the prices for hotels and motels have gone down after the world cup to a more affordable price range. I rather sleep outside with local homeless guy on the corner than stay here ever again. Ive stayed at a lot of dumps in the last 15 Yrs. but this place takes first place.
