Incomplete room toiletries when we go in.
We have to call to ask such as tissue, small towels, hair dryer.
Also noticed the bath towels have mouldy smell.

The baggage staff were kind and helpful. Breakfast was great.On arrival to our room the mugs were dirty and the floor not vacuumed
Our issue was that renovations were being done after 6pm and on one occasion until 10:30 pm, constant drilling. The receptionist were not answering and we had to go down to reception to ask them for the drilling to be stopped.

We had a bad evening with this Hotel. First Tow and half days we didn’t have showers because of plumbing problems and when we complained they offered a free meal which was a bad N disgusting offer. Any way we are not going to that hotel and nine nights they charged us over thousand dollars. That’s a shame.

This hotel is a potential 5, but it is need of some maintenance and upgrades.
It is a beautiful property with great views and a quiet area.
As all the carpeted areas in the room and hallways are well worn and dirty, I would recommend that the property owners consider switching to tile floors as the climate is suitable.
The breakfast has many choices for everyone but the staff could be a bit more friendly and welcoming.

Beautiful hotel at a beautiful location. So peaceful to walk around near boats cruise and the buffet breakfast is amazing. However the hotel bathroom is dirty needs cleaning and maintenance. Could see moulds everywhere.
