Rooms have not been redone despite the photos. The hallway carpet is very dirty. The hotel is not in a good walking location.

It took three tries to get a habitable room. Our first room was made up with three beds (one for a child), the second had no air conditioning, but the third was Goldilocks - just right. The staff was courteous and helpful as these housekeeping and maintenance problems were sorted out, but it would have been far better to have not needed to deal with them

Our room was clean and housekeeping was efficient. The consierre was excellent! The porters were friendly and extremely helpful. However, the desk clerks were unfriendly and rude. I engaged with 3 different clerks during my stay and each had dismissive attitudes and made you feel like you were a bother to their day. Breakfast was okay, but you are not permitted to take coffee or a plate from the breakfast room. The rude breakfast attendant will literally take it from your hand as you try to exit. If you want coffee to go you must pay for it. The coffee in the room is terrible so that’s a problem for me. Coffee in the mornings is a must. The pool area is clean but drinks are pricey. Juju restaurant is fabulous!

Great old hotel with charm. Was there for work conference. It’s 5-star with excellent service and in the heart of Athens with accessibility to a lot of attractions. And with dining option in and outside hotel.

This is a very good hotel - modern, great restaurant and pool area, friendly professional staff, and very good rooms. Wifi was easy to obtain and although not super fast, good enough. A solid 4 star + establishment.

極佳 Very nice, comfortable place to stay in Athens with excellent breakfast, including fresh fruit. walking distance to Metro but we ended up taking Uber to most attractions we visited.
