Staff was very welcoming and helpful and the rooms and common spaces are immaculate and well appointed. Very nice hotel in a great location to visit the Paramount Theater, Capitol Hill, the Convention Center and Pike Place.

great location walking distance to restaurants, pikes. Very clean great amenities and room. However, pillows desperately need to be updated.

Just a great well run hotel. Need more staff in bagel shop and know its valet parking only. Spotless and very well located. So easy to get back on the freeway to head home.

The room was clean and the bed was really comfy. The bathroom was nice. The restaurant was on point. Really big portions. The staff was really helpful and very cordial.

easy seven blocks to Pike place Market. Clean room. Bed comfortable enough but sheets rough. Nice bathroom with stone floor. Breakfast in the restaurant was good. We used their shuttle to go to cruise terminal for $17
