Great place with a huge bedroom

Lovely old style Australian Hotel/Pub in the middle of Kiama. Bedrooms were clean, shared bathrooms on second floor in case to need closer access. Staff were very friendly and helpful on check in at the bar. Topped it off with a lovely fish and chips :)

The room was clean however, the write up wasn’t clean that the bathroom was a shared facility with the other hotel guests.

It’s a great old pub however the stairs going up to the top floor are pretty skinny and steep so if you struggle with the stairs I wouldn’t stay here. The room was clean but pretty small, the door banged on the bed as we opened it. The TV was placed in a very strange place so you couldn’t watch it from the bed :/ We only stayed a night. I’d probably stay here again but with a bigger room.

They were renovating but that's no excuse for not using signs for amenities.

Don't take shared bathroom room as there is no bathroom at first floor and only second floor. There is bar ground floor, very busy and noisy. Friday and Sunday they have live music which runs around 12 I think, so difficult to sleep till that time. Rooms are well maintained, bed was cosy. Just linens you get and no extra amenities. Location is perfect. The receipensionist was very helpful and listening, helped us with our issues very efficiently.

Very basic room amenities, shared bathroom and toilet needed updating. Helpful and friendly staff. Very good position for town centre and facilities Essentially a pub where accommodation is secondary.

A very pleasant overnight stay. It’s very close to shops, restaurants, the beach and the blow hole.
