Room is tiny. Swimming pool is cozy. Breakfast is terrible.

This is a beautiful villa nicely nestled between the port and Capri Town. It is easy to access from both. I also hiked the Phoenician stairs to Anacapri.

不錯 Ok stay. Room was clean, although outdated and cramped. Walking distance to town a plus. Breakfast fair, not included in room price. The price we paid not worth the quality of room we got.

I love the location and the size of the room. There are many spots to sit down and relax on the site.
It about a 8 -10 minutes incline to the city centre

We had a surprise and were upgraded to a small suite. Very clean and roomy. The veiw was exceptional and the location was very good. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I would reccomend staying at Villa Patrizi on Capri Island. Half way between the port and main area of town.

The staff is excellent. The room we had was very small but clean. The only concern is the air conditioning barely generated air. If it was hot out you would really be uncomfortable.
