Avoid booking with Q Stay Properties. From the moment we checked in, most of the apartment had an electrical issue. As a result, we had no usable kitchen, laundry or Wi-Fi for the entire stay. Maintenance managed a temporary fix that lasted a day before the same issue returned. Despite reporting it immediately, the electrical fault was never resolved before we checked out. Customer service was frustrating. Emails were often ignored until late in the afternoon, leaving no opportunity to respond before the office closed. We repeatedly had to chase updates, and promised callbacks didn't happen. We were eventually offered an alternative apartment in a different location with poor reviews, which wasn't an acceptable replacement for what we'd booked. The apartment was also in poor condition. The sofa and kitchen extractor fan were broken, the bathroom tap leaked, the carpets were dirty, and the bedding consisted of thin throws instead of proper duvets. Overall, it was tired, poorly maintained and not fit for the standard advertised. The building itself is in a great location, and the common areas and pool are well maintained. My recommendation would be to book an apartment in this building through Mantra rather than Q Stay, as the location is excellent but the management of this property was not.

Great location. Would have loved to have more amenities in the apartment though. Not enough dish soap, tablets or detergent. Salt would you been nice too!

Nice and clean apartment, alot of space , big kitchen/sitting area, and Bedrooms had space to move, would definitely come back to stay.

Perfect location. Could not have asked for a better place to stay and very well priced. The only issue we had which wasn’t too bad was the exhaust fan in the bathroom didn’t work but the stay was still first class. Hi would happily stay there again and recommend it to anyone.

Loved our room, daughter had her own view on the other side of the apartment and her own bathroom which was fantastic. Wardrobe space and en-suite in main bedroom were amazing along with the ocean view and ranch slider to balcony. Location was also amazing with everything so close from supermarket to beach to shops to tram.

Room was very nice and clean. Twin bed room for 2 adults and 2 male children, plenty of room. Was very central and a nice area. Easy to find and get into.

We loved the apartment! On the 44th floor, absolutely beautiful view and apartment was super clean! Will definitely go back again! Highly recommend.

Loved the amenities, pools, gym, sauna, etc. Great location and parking facilities. Room was a bit tired and could use a smarten up. Shower leaks a bit onto floor. Kitchen utensils basic and limited. Room was not cleaned or towels changed during week long stay. Toilet roll and soap etc not restocked.

Beautiful view and so convenient with Woolworths below, being and close to the light rail, the beach and shopping. We loved our stay and would definitely stay again.
