No working day spa, pool heater broken and no pool table in the games room - not the resort we paid for. We used to love Lillianfels, now it seems the new owners are not only charging more, but providing less service. We won't be back.

Spacious room and bathroom and all spotlessly clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. We ate dinner at the Echos restaurant which was superb. Great choice and excellent wine pairing. Breakfast was fresh with eggs cooked to order but overall choice was limited. Only downside was that, despite being told how to access the interior swimming pool, it was closed when we tried to use it.

極佳 A perfect balance of walking and relaxing- an amazing vibe. Refurb work well under way and did not detract from the experience at all. Great location; great staff , will be a place to visit again and again .

極佳 Room was recently renovated and very nice & comfortable. We made use of the pool and enjoyed dinner & breakfast at the restaurant on the grounds. Beautiful place. There’s active renovation of the main lounge going on;looking forward to coming back next year!

The staff was amazing. Lahiri, Aruna, Lan and Xauen all were great. Always serving with smile and trying to help.
Food at Miss Lillian was great and very tasty.
Location of the hotel is very good and close to Three Sisters and Echo Point
