The 1st room we were given the bathroom was covered with some sort of liquid. They gave us a room on the 4th floor next. Its clean enough just dated. We ran out of toilet paper no cleaning staff around to get more had to go to front desk and wait to get more after 2 others checked in. The back door by pool the lock is broken. Laundry was convenient and worked well. No pop tarts just neutra grain bars and no decaff coffee. Over all worked.

Necesita mucho trabajo el hotel , los enchufes no pueden sostener un cargador , tuve que cargar mi cell en el enchufe dell baño, el aire del baño no servía, la puerta del balcón no se podía asegurar, el toilet no bajaba bien tenías que sostener la palanca hasta que se vaciara el tanque de otra manera solo se llenaba la taza de agua y te cobran $10 Dlls por estacionamiento sin avisar , si no hasta la hora de registrarte, Debería tener el microondas en el cuarto ya que solo hay en el lobby para uso de todos. No tuvimos experiencia en la alberca. Y solo quiero resaltar que de todo lo malo lo bueno fue la amabilidad de las personas a la hora de registrarte y salir del hotel , gracias!

Great hotel. Stayed here 3 times now

Our shower ran the whole time with a huge leak and no where does it say you have to pay for parking so add that expense in too , you have to pay to park in there parking lot., coffee is meh and no breakfast it’s granola bars. But wasn’t a horrible stay just Meh

Staff was great, room was clean

Close to Galleria mall. Restaraunt on property was closed

The hotel need renovations, paint peeling, old iron and ironing boards, window drapes are worn and tub fixtures missing screws. The best thing about the hotel is the location. Pictures on website is misleading.
