Service at the onsite restaurant was not great.

Great room with the convenience of easy access to the bar and restaurant

We had a wonderful stay , everything was excellent and wonderful recommend to everyone . I would like to mention that Kelly at reception was extraordinary .

Great property and facilities. The staff was very helpful and lovely.

Breakfast was fabulous as always, rooms were clean, the pool area was beautiful as always and the terrigal beach bar was amazing!

Staff were excellent room housekeeping was lacking attention to detail with restocking and vacuuming. Room sofa was sagging

We stayed in a beautiful suite, the view of the beach was magnificent! the furniture is dated, though clean, they didn't have a free standing shower, so you had to get into the spa to have a shower, and that wasn't easy especially where there is no step to get in, so a bit hard for us. My advise to the cleaners is to check if the soap dispensers are empty as it's the 3rd time I have stayed there and had to ask for shampoo or hair conditioner. Also there wasn't a bottle opener in the room.
