We got in after 10pm and was told there was a night courier who would check us in.

Spent just one night... it was ok but nothing special. I had the single room... spare socket would have been helpful. Loved the large shower.

Really cozy and comfortable hotel. It’s got what you need for a comfortable stay and while not in the middle of everything it’s an easy walk to everything. We loved the staff and the overall vibe of this hotel. We would recommend to friends.

Pool changing rooms are a little dated

The breakfast experience was very unpleasant. First, we had to wait for quite a few minutes for the hostess to show up and register us. She did not bother to apologize for the wait. Then, we sat it a table without utensils. We waited for a while, and when no utensils were brought up, we took some from a nearby empty table. The hostess gave us an angry look and "fixed" the other table, while ignoring our needs. The wait time for fried eggs was unacceptable, and when we asked about it, we were answered very rudely. Overall we waisted 45 minutes for a mediocre breakfast and almost missed our planned tour for the day. Another problem was the room itself. We understand that the building is quite old, but the floor above us was ridiculously noisy. We felt like someone is walking over our heads all night long. The walking noise never stopped! This hotel left us exhausted...

We enjoyed our stay, but there were a few things that could have been better. The hotel did not have laundry service or laundry facilities. No A/C and the bathroom was very small. There were not enough places to hang towels and robes, no counter space (just the sink basin), and nowhere to put shower items, so we had to put them on the floor. There were plenty of electrical outlets, though. It was close to town, about a 20-minute walk, which was ok except when it was raining. The bus stop is a few minutes away but the bus only comes once an hour. Overall, we had a really nice stay. The staff were so friendly and helpful.

We were warmly welcomed by Callum at reception and were directed to our room. This room was very warm and had a radiator we couldn’t turn off. We went back to reception and were offered another room which was just perfect. The pool and steam room were an added bonus for us and we used them on both days we were there. The woman in the bar on Saturday night was very friendly and helpful and made us and other guests there feel very welcome. We will certainly look at booking this hotel when we next visit Inverness

The hotel had very nice staff.

Welcoming and helpful staff, good menu choice in the bar and restaurant. Breakfast buffet choice was good. Stayed in a double room, the room was a good size for one business traveller, the room has a ironing board and work desk which works well.
