Notre séjour fut particulièrement agréable grâce à la gentillesse et l’accueil chaleureux de Lucia. Elle était toujours disponible pour nous aider et la chambre était d’une grande propreté. On s’est senties comme à la maison. Merci pour tout.

Had problems with Expedia's pass through communication. Because it's a B&B there is no desk. I was not sure what time we would check in, and Expedia did forward my reply to his query. When we arrived we were not able to enter because I did not have a phone number, and did not see the tiny name in the door bell. It would have been nice if 1) he gave me his contact info, 2) he said to ring his door bell when we arrived. It was a very small bed room and shower, but I rented it only 2 days before we arrived and it was his last available space. So no complaints. Nice location - 5 blocks to train terminal, 8 or 9 blocks to the Coliseum, a few nice restaurants 5 or 6 blocks away. We came in on a Sunday afternoon and all the little shops were closed and rollup doors pulled down and there was a lot of graffitti everywhere so we were woied about the neighborhood, but is was not a problem.

Antonio was very kind & helpful. The location was great and the addition of pastries & caffe were very much appreciated! We would stay there again!

This place is great if you’re looking for an affordable place to stay in Rome. Lucia (one of the staff) was one of the most kindest and considerate people ever. She was so sweet and answered our questions. The room is cleaned everyday and there was fresh baked goods every morning as well as other breakfast foods. Antonio also helped us get transportation to the airport even after already being checked out. Overall the staff were so kind and helpful, they definitely made this experience so much better!

Basic but completely adequate accommodations with some nice homey touches that make you feel at home and comfortable. Nice to have breakfast onsite instead of receiving a coupon for a local cafe. Even better to find fruit, yoghurt, juice and cereal available in addition to pastries. Would stay again.

The breakfast pastries were good and were available very early. One could also fix fresh coffee or drink juice.

Great people at check in and easy location for access to train stations. Two subway stops to coliseum. Nice park nearby. Not a large room but amenities make up for that.

Room was clean breakfast was pasty and other options. Antonio is lovely and helpful. A window with a view would be nice. But it was quite.

We had a lovely 5 night stay, delicious self serve breakfast. Very central, we walked to most attractions, bus metro and train stations minutes walk away for the Vatican etc. The tram runs right outside and can be noisy but stops at 12.30pm starts again around 6am . Antonio was very friendly and informative. He communicated well about arrivals and checking in. Would definitely recommend.
