Location and size of room are good. Bathroom, kitchen and lounge need to be better cleaned/maintained.

The room was everything that we expected. It was clean and had everything we needed. Parking was secure and free which was one of the reasons for our booking. It was close to where we needed to be. The pool looked like it could do with a lick of love.

For what we paid we expected a cleaner place and bit more care and maintenance put into the property. I was constantly sneezing and getting a runny nose whenever I was in our bedroom, it turns out that our bedhead was extremely dusty - it looks like it has never been cleaned since it was first placed there. Parts of the shower door frame was rusted totally away and you can see inside the metal, quite a large part of the carpet in our bedroom was worn to threadbare. There was a long brown mark on the floor in the living room tiles, it looks like it could be a marks made from the furniture, but also looks terrible. The staff were lovely and friendly. The location was pretty good, it was about a 10-15min walk to the esplanade cafes and restaurants.

Great location with spectacular view of the surrounding areas. Plenty self-parking areas underground and within the property. Clean room with fully equipped kitchenette. Raj was super friendly and professional. Recommend for short or long stay.

A lovely stay for myself an my 9 year old daughter. Short walk away from the Esplanade. Staff were wonderful and apartment was spacious and clean

Enjoyed my stay

They are always friendly when I stay here, it's close to nice restaurants and the city, great waterfront. walks not far

Helpful and friendly staff. WiFi was unstable at times, but otherwise a comfortable stay.

Nice clean apartments, the staff are really friendly and helpful. Walking distance to the esplanade took about 10mins but if you want to be in the thick of things pick something else. The pool was cold and small. Mainly just a lap pool. Not great for teenage kids, although the bbq area beside the pool was great for cooking up dinners. 2 bedroom 2 bathroom was actually interconnecting 1 bedroom apartment and a studio. Still suited out purposes fine.

Had a great time, the accommodation was excellent and would highly recommend to others.
