Excellent location with amazing views from the private balcony

DO NOT FALL FOR THE PICTURES ! The place was under Reno’s, and never informed, no lights at the dark hall entrances, never saw a person/ staff in the 3 days. Could not get a clean towel. They would never respond to messages for me or Expedia and then Expedia basically said “we tried contacting them too , oh well” The bathroom in our suite had no privacy. Had to go out to the balcony of someone needed to “go”. Glass door and window with drop down shades, living gaps and no privacy. We were a family of 4, and could not step out without a buddy system due to the dark halls, it was so dangerous.

It was so very difficult to locate the hotel. The information for the directors was confusing. Even with the photo direction as all the street and the color is almost the same. The entry for the hotel was terrible and look like was still under construction, it was dirty, scary and dark. The hall way and the stairway has no light we could turn on. This was very difficult and dangerous to go up to the third floor where the hotel located. We booked for 4 days and 3 nights, we got notify the widow was broken while we were on the way to the hotel. However they offer a solution that we stayed for one night in this unit and will move us to a different unit next day to the bigger unit and bigger terre. The ocean view was beautiful however the bed was so uncomfortable and the bedding doesn’t feel clean. Both until still not completely finished . Overall I feel that the price we paid was not up to the standard.

Not recommended. The supposed Mountain View room was actually just a small window looking at a hillside/somebody's private garden. The walls were paper thin and you could hear construction in the halls and all over the hotel. In fact, the entire hotel was under construction and smelled like black mold To cap off our disappointment, we had a discrepancy on our checkout date and the owner was extremely rude and gave us 30 minutes to vacate (even though we were an hour and a half away having lunch) and instructed the cleaning woman to put all of our stuff in the hallway on the floor. I took full responsibility for the mistake. Mistakes happen, but the owner was a complete jerk. Bottom line – do not stay here.

The only reason we are giving this property 5 stars is because of the view and everything it came with. It is truly an amazing property that unfortunately was soiled by how FAR it truly was from the entrance. We came with 4 luggages and 2 bags and their transportation service, while stated it was going to be available, the driver had finished early that day and we had to drag our luggage what seemed miles up the hill and steps (which were plenty). Once we found the property, which was also under construction and did not look like a serviceable entrance, there were 3 flights of stairs to still climb with all our luggage. Even after that, the staff had an emergency with their cleaning staff and medical services had to be called to help her but blocked our ONLY entrance into our room so another 10-15 mins waiting. Thought the bad luck would end there but it didn't, the room had even been fully cleaned. Aside from ALL that, my fiance and I made the most of our stay there and really enjoyed everything the property had to offer. If you book here, be prepared to climb and pack light.

Amazing views and relaxing, clean environment

​I had a terrible night at this hotel and am very disappointed. It is located at the top of a steep hill, and carrying luggage to the room felt like a "life battle." No one informed me at the time of booking that I would have to walk an hour uphill with my bags. ​When I finally arrived, the was no lobby for this "hotel", construction materials were stacked by their main entrance, the hall was pitch black. The room was small and freezing cold at night because the AC did not work properly. The only positive was the breakfast. ​P.S. Their website ads are incredibly deceiving; do not trust them. It is no surprise this place has a 2.8 rating on Google.

What a place, we stayed in the suite and it was perfect, lots of space including outdoor space! The suite was very clean and the bed incredibly comfy. You have to work to get there but the views are absolutely incredible, definitely could have stayed longer.

The room was clean, spacious, and had all the basic needs. The view was breath taking. The room was perfect for two. 10/10 recommend

La ubicacion está espectacular, el cuarto tiene una vista bellisima pero tuvimos muchos problemas: 1) el edificio está en remodelacion y la entrada está llena de materal tipo cemento, cables electricos, azulejos; no nos avisaron que el edificio estaba en remodelacion y tampoco nos avisaron que los obreros empezaban a trabajar a las 8:30 am, colocandose en andamios frente a la terraza del cuarto; muy desagradable… 2) un dia la persona encargada de la limpieza dejó las llaves de nuestro cuarto en la cerradura con la posibilidad que alguien ajrno se pudiera meter al cuarto; 3) al dia siguiente la persona encargada de la limpieza no fue a limpiar el cuarto y nunca nos avisaron. Lo descubrimos llegando a la habitación a las 5:00 pm; 4) no existe recepcion en el hotel y toda la comunicacion se realiza via Whatsapp; no pudieron encontrar solucion al tema de la limpieza. Considero que sea necesario revisar los procesos de atencion a los huespedes porqué realmente la atencion fue muy deficitaria
