Breakfast was OUTSTANDING. Amazing variety, well displayed, high quality.

Checked in, never once went into the bathroom. Finally decided to go into the bathroom to use the restroom and it was pubic hairs, and on the floor and in the tub. Obviously someone didn't do their job.

I stayed one night there ,next day when I get out ,someone break into my truck tried to steal it. I asked the front desk about footage. they told me security cameras is not working. It's really bad area a lot of homeless people walking around.

Great all around. Breakfast had sufficient selection

Unfortunately the A/C and Keurig was broken, theres no sound proofing and heard slamming doors all night, floors were sticky in the lounge and dining area and buffet was cold. We wanted basics but didn't even get that.

Staff was amazing and helpful as I needed changes last minutes

Room furniture needs updating, but bed was comfortable, room and hotel were clean, room was quiet.

The hotel was decent inside. Checked in and the lady at the counter was a little rude. Got to our room and was surprised that it was clean and nice. The problem was the toilet didn't really flush and the hotel knew about before renting me the room. At 9 am a worker arrived asking to work on our toilet. Well I had not told anyone that the toilet was messed up. I brought this to the attention of the front desk when leaving. They didn't want to hear it

Location is the biggest selling point.... close to the stadiums. Housekeeping was good, trying to keep up with the volume. Restaurant was closed to due to cook illness. Computers were up/down and slow during check in resulting in a very long line at check in but the two front desk agents were working hard to do everything they could to get guests checked in as quickly as the computers would cooperate, and both were nice, friendly under pressure. Overall the stay was fine, the hotel is old but pretty well maintained. If you're traveling for games, probably the best option.

We were able to walk across the street with police escort to the baseball stadium - great location! The room was nice and clean although we did not have maid service following the 3 nights we were there. The staff was friendly and welcoming, The breakfast bar offered a lot of choices and was kept clean and stocked.
