Staff was very friendly and helpful they spoke perfect English which was great because my Polish can use some help. Hotel is located just outside dułga street so a bit quieter and less hectic not even 3 min walk to the main gate. Alot of restaurants and stores near by. Definitely give them a try when booking your trip to Gdańsk, we were very pleased with our experience here.

Fantastic location and value for money would definitely recommend

The staff was very nice and helpful. The rooms were clean and the air condition were effective. The beds however left something to be desired, thin mattresses, especially for the extra bed we paid for, very rickety, it even collapsed if someone sat at the wrong side of it.

We had a reservation. We arrived 1:30pm and were told by the receptionist that our room was ready. However, he said that if we wanted to get into our room before 3:00 pm we would have to pay 50 zloty extra. We had luggage and were exhausted after a long train ride so we paid the extra amount. This is the first time we have ever had to pay extra for checking into a room a little early if the room was ready to be occupied.

Staff are very kind. Breakfast is fine.

Nice and quick check in, receptionist was very nice. Room spacious and clean. Hotel in very central location in Old Town, close to all amenities. Only downfall was noice from the street but we have been prepared for that knowing we are on a main busy promenade. Overall very nice place.

Centrally located in the old town with everything within walking distance. The room and bed were comfortable. The shower and great pressure and a lot of hot water. The hotel has a lift for the convenience of guests. The staff were very helpful. Overall, an excellent place to stay with great value for money.

Breafast was nice and fresh.
