Beautiful hotel with very nice rooms and helpful staff. It is truly a 5 star hotel. My only complaint was we wanted to have a coffee on the outdoor terrace of the lounge before leaving for the airport, but after being ignored for 10 or 15 minutes we left.

Hotel Esplanade Zagreb is a beautiful, well maintained hotel. The room was spacious and provided very comfortable bed for rest. Travelers should be aware that the room did not have a clothing iron for guest. The valet was very prompt and kind. We enjoyed an old fashioned and whiskey sour in the lounge area which were delicious. This hotel is about 10-15 minute walk to the majority of attractions. I would recommend this hotel to family and friends.

We had a delightful stay at Hotel Esplanade Zagreb. The staff were exceptionally helpful. Food was excellent and food service first class. We enjoyed our room and the whole ambience and history made our stay special.

We stayed 7 nights at the Esplanade Zagreb Hotel. This was our return visit, and while the overall experience was still good, it didn’t quite match the standard of our previous stay.
The hotel itself remains elegant and well located, with a classic charm that stands out in Zagreb. However, this time some aspects of the stay felt a bit less polished compared to before.
On a positive note, the room service team was excellent throughout, consistently professional, friendly, and responsive, and easily a highlight of the stay.
Overall, still a solid hotel with strong service in key areas, but a slight step down from our last visit.

Only one thing want to mention, there is no gym here or you need to pay 50U for that.
