很好 overall is great especially friendly staff and not pricey in room meal delivery. Free carpark as well with first in first serve basis. Just a big aging look and location wise need drive to mostly all amenities.

Amazing staff.. the ones at the restaurant were extremely helpful. The hotel is basic and tired . At the same time time it is clean, the beds are comfortable and the heater works well inspite of no aircon.

The room was clean and tidy. The transfer of noise from the occupants in the above room was annoying when children were not under control which went on until well after 9.30pm. The reception staff were prompt in sorting the issue out and contact us afterwards to inform us. Issue resolved smartly. Great breakfast which catered for all young and old. Great to have covered parking this time of the year. Lovely view from the balcony to.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Copthorne Hotel and Apartments Queenstown Lakeview. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and well looked after. Our room on a higher floor was spacious, spotless, and incredibly comfortable, but the real highlight was the breathtaking lake and mountain views right from our private balcony— truly unforgettable.
The location is perfect: close enough to walk into town, yet peaceful and quiet for a relaxing stay. We loved how easy it was to explore Queenstown’s attractions, restaurants, and scenic spots. The on-site facilities were well maintained, and everything we needed was readily available.
Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way: excellent service, beautiful views, and great value. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Queenstown.
