The rooms were clean and the staff was nice and professional.

Hey we were looking at hotels and this was one of the cheapest in the area of the city we wanted to be in. I wasn't expecting the Ritz, however I was surprised at how rundown it was for a national chain. But yet it was pretty busy, a lot of people made the same choice based on value. The location was convenient in Santa Monica you could take a frequent bus 2 miles down the road to the downtown and Pier. There was convenient parking which seems to be a premium as well. I don't think I would look to stay there again but who knows based on price maybe we would.

Really nice experience. No struggle to find parking. Friendly and helpful staff. Pool was clean and our room was big and clean.

Parking was horrible. Yeah, you get a parking spot but the way to get in/out the lot is not ideal. The rooms were extremely stuffy to the point where we saw people just turn off the a/c unit and just prop their door open. If you’re on a budget, it’s an ok place.

Great staff, clean, location was very convenient to me, the only thing I didn’t like was the mini fridge, it was barely cold, I did report it, I didn’t notice if they fixed, my beverages weren’t cold enough. Other than that everything went well.
