The hotel needs an upgrade. The floors in the room were in need of repair and the dictation is dated. The pool and gym were nice but the rest of the hotel was a dated and the room needed basic repairs.

From check-in to valet parking, the staff was absolutely amazing! The hotel was beautifully maintained, the rooms were spotless, and everything smelled fresh and inviting. Comfortable accommodations, excellent service, and plenty of amenities made for a wonderful stay. We truly enjoyed our experience and would definitely return. Highly recommend!

Excellent breakfast buffet, relaxing pool and perfect massage at the spa. Felt great. VIP lounge could use a bit more food/ refreshments for guest including children. The staff were kind, helpful and very attentive. The Italian restaurant was delicious. We will definitely be returning. Thank you

Staff were amazing across reception, restaurant, and housekeeping. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Special shoutout to Oscar at reception for being especially helpful and giving great suggestions.
The hotel has been nicely remodeled. Part of the lobby was still under renovation, so there was some noise and dust, but you can already see the style they’re going for: elegant and relaxed. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choices and great made-to-order omelets.
On a not so positive note, our room felt dated, especially the bathroom. The bed and sheets were great, but the bathroom needed work. You could see some of the wallpaper was peeling off, there was black buildup around the sink and moldy/stained grout in the shower, especially in the corners. We could have asked to switch rooms, but we were on a tight schedule and didn’t notice until later.
Overall, a nice experience, especially in common areas. Just make sure your room is acceptable as soon as you check in.
