The site shows photos of a pool however the hotel does not have an open pool. They report not having a pool for the past four years. Only one elevator was working which was inconvenient. The photos posted make the property appear much nicer. Our room number was on the floor when we arrived. The bed was comfortable but aside from that it was not the best. Also no close parking which was again inconvenient.

極佳 The property was located within walking distance of the beach, shopping, and food. The front desk staff was amazing. The young men in the lobby would always open the door when leaving on entering. My stay was exceptional. Thank you!

極佳 I loved this stay. It just would have been helpful to know in advance that the experience was deeply discounted because the pool was closed for maintenance.
It is cool that the beach is nearby, but beach and pool are two different experiences.
The staff was helpful.
The Purvis Young Art Wall and working in the comfortable lobby, was an amazing setting for meetings. The fitness center is small but decently equipt for work outs.

The staff was extremely nice and accommodating. They were very friendly and attempted to make our stay very intentional even though it was for one night. The pool was closed for renovations but they made going to the beach very easy with towel for use and discounts on chairs and umbrellas.

My experience was good it was just that the pool was closed there was no parking, you had to walk like 2 blocks to find a parking spot but other than that it was clean it smelled really good in the hallways
