Room was only clean on the surface. There was old food under the bed and nail clippings. Clearly no one had cleaned under there in an age. In a pet-friendly room old and accessible food is a health hazard. The sheets on both beds had human hair from previous guests. If it hadn’t been so late We would have left. We had to sleep on top of the bedding.

Great place to stay. Clean room and the staff was very helpful. The breakfast was okay if you like waffles and muffins everyday. They are located next to a restaurant with a great breakfast buffet.

This place is disgusting. Dirty bathroom, dirty floors and roaches!!! BEWARE!! When I spoke to the person at the front desk about the roaches, she arrogantly implied that I was ignorant about “desert roaches,” and there’s nothing they can do to keep them out of the rooms. Her solution was to send somebody to clean the room, which they should have done BEFORE their guests arrived. I checked out after one night.

Clean and wonderful location, easy to airport in and out.

The photos on Expedia are truly misleading. The hallways and rooms are extremely run down and not very clean. Only the lobby and continental breakfast area appears new. The hotel is located in one of the worst areas in Tucson known for car thefts (wheels, catalytic converters etc.).

More blankets would be nice.
