很好 We enjoyed our stay overall and appreciated the hospitality. However, we felt that the property could benefit from some structural maintenance and upkeep in certain areas. Additionally, while the food was satisfactory, it did not quite meet our expectations in terms of taste and quality in comparison to the Cabo location. I hope this feedback is helpful and contributes to further improvements for future guests.

Aaron and Guillermo were always very attentive to our needs and went above and beyond to assist us. They helped us arrange special meals for our daughter, who has dietary restrictions, making our stay much more comfortable and enjoyable. I can't remember the names of the housekeeping, room service, and in-suite snack staff, but their service was also top-notch. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and professional throughout our stay.

極佳 This was our third time staying at the Grand Velas and it did not disappoint. From the moment we arrived until we checked out, everything was taken care for us. The staff is incredibly thoughtful and attentive. The entire property is stunning, especially the Zen pool. The restaurants have so much variety. The Water Ceremony at the Spa is a must.
Specifically, Ernesto at Azul; he knew what we needed/wanted before we did - it was amazing and his recommendations were perfect. Alejandro, our concierge, was so thoughtful and really made us feel like celebrities. Karen at the spa made the Water Ceremony even better than it already is.
Everything about this vacation was amazing and we can not wait to go back!
