極佳 Very nice. Clean, updated, wonderful professional staff. Rooms were a nice size for the standard with windows that full open. No bar or spacious lobby but in the heart of Florence, it wasn't necessary.

This was a wonderful hotel. It was in the city center and easy walking to everything. Breakfast each morning was delicious. Staff is amazing. ,would definitely stay here again.

I’m really struggling to come up with a negative for this hotel. It was clean, quiet, comfortable, and the staff were exceptionally helpful, welcoming and friendly.
The location of the hotel couldn’t be any better and you are ideally positioned to explore all of the sites.
We were forced to stay an extra night due to our flight being cancelled, and the staff were wonderful, making it effortless. As our new departure was very early the following morning, they even provided us with a breakfast bag to take away.
I’ll be doing a full review on my YouTube channel, Quite Genius shortly but in the meantime I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough.
Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable and I hope I can return one day. :)
