Arrived late and were greeted with some complimentary drink vouchers (for my birthday). We were given a room on a high floor with a great view over the city (and a peek of the water, from the balcony). The bed was a huge King bed and very comfortable. The amenities were great and the room was large and spacious. We enjoyed our stay immensely!

不錯 Given the price point, was disappointed in the overall condition of the place, not even a free bottle of water in the room and some of the amenities on offer were heavily over priced ($40 for a marathon pack that had berries and yogurt).

The ocean view was great, suite was good. Dinner was not great in Stingray restaurant Nachos was awful. Buffett breakfast was ok eggs cold - but coffee was great. Staff were excellent.

Blood stains across bathroom walls. Bed is uncomfy as extremely soft and pillows are awful. Staff are generally friendly.

The hotel itself is affordable, good location and good for a short stay.
The staff were not transparent when it came to costs however. They stated they would ‘get us an ocean view room’ instead of a city view, implying an upgrade at their cost and kindness which we were delighted to hear. Only to be advised that we had to pay over a hundred dollars to be upgraded at our cost. They also advised the parking was $30 per night, only to be charged $35 on the second and subsequent nights.
As much as it was a nice enough place to stay, we will be looking elsewhere in the future.
