Staff was friendly, water pressure was good, and breakfast was pleasant. That said....the air conditioning in the room wasn't working properly. It was set for 65 when we got there. We bumped it up to 68. That said...the thermostat showed that it was actually 80 for most of the night. Did not sleep well as a result.

極佳 The staff was amazing! We only stayed for one night, but the location was perfect. I highly recommend it if you’re planning a trip to Chicago and want to avoid staying downtown. The hotel was convenient, comfortable, and made for a great stay.

Great place, great location just wish pool was bigger and easier to use. You have to make a reservation which we didnt know but luckily the people in there let us join the. Its a really small pool though

不錯 Hotel starting to show some wear--carpet and sofa in the room were stained, hall light burned out. Room smelled of cigarette smoke. Windows were dirty. Great location however. Breakfast was nice.

When I arrived at the property the staff was so welcoming and kind which made my check in process very pleasant and efficient. When i entered my room was it was clean and due to the weather at a very tolerable chill room temp. I enjoyed my stay and I will return soon.

Breakfast was excellent, the staff were courteous, the rooms were clean. Proximity to the University of Chicago was a plus. Regrettably, the hard, lumpy, prickly feather pillows were terrible - worst I've ever experienced- and the room temperature was uncontrollable and too hot for sleeping. The carpets in elevators and stairways were filthy. We do not plan to stay here again.
