Great location in San Marco, a few minutes walk from sights including the Rialto Bridge and St Marks Piazza. Spacious, comfortable and well-equipped apartment, with much needed air conditioning

The room is on the 5th floor, the bedding is awful and there are no blinds in the bedroom so good luck sleeping.

This property had the best location! It was quiet and lovely within a small square but walkable to all the major sights! Bakeries, shops, cafes, also walkable within minutes! There is a fantastic grocery store 30 seconds walk from the hotel and you cross a little bridge to get there! The staff were welcoming and friendly. The AC worked amazing, the shower/hot water was great. The hotel rooms were definitely rustic/old which I think could be called the style of it but much of the items seemed worn out and there was some spots on the walls that could use some work. There is also no central ceiling lights in either of the bedrooms, just lamps or small wall lights so it was tricky if a brighter light was needed in the evening. Otherwise, great stay.

We stayed in the attic room with a balcony, and the view was absolutely amazing—the best part of our stay. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly, and the location was excellent. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Venice.

The air condition can be better.

The staff were excellent! Greeted us with a welcome drink when we arrived while they checked us in. The room wasn’t ready but they stored our luggage while we went for lunch. They walked us to the unit we rented which was about 5 min from the main building. We didn’t get daily housekeeping but they brought fresh towels and coffee pods upon request and also provided instructions on which water bus to take to/from the train station and airport. The room was older and it was very dark and the floor was sloped….there was no light in the stair wells at night so just be prepared with the flashlight on your phone as it was up on the 5th floor. While the unit was in a fantastic location and we had a canal view, there were 2 men outside the front door selling bracelets and they were VERY aggressive and harassed our family when we declined and tried to walk away from them. We felt very uneasy with them in the area. Overall the staff were fantastic but we would likely look for somewhere else next time.

This was a nice property for our family, with separate bedrooms. The bedrooms are upstairs while the bathroom is on the first floor. There was a cozy living room and small kitchenette. The beds were very comfy. The property was well maintained, had AC units on both levels, and was very quiet. It is a 10 minute walk from the train station but outside of the tourist area. There are several restaurants nearby along the canal if you do not want to go far for dinner. It took about 30 mins to walk to San Marco Square. We enjoyed our stay at this property.

This hotel is in a good location however there was no elevator and many steps to walk up to our room

Great quiet place in Venice. The free bottle of sparkling wine way amazing. Helpful staff. Excellent air Conditioning. Us snowflakes from Canada aren't used to the 35 degree weather in Italy. Amazing place. Grazie.
