We did not even stay one night- we walked in our room to find wet carpet and mildew smell throughout the entire room. Went to see if they could help us and there was nothing they would or could do and had nothing else to accommodate us. They refused our refund as well. We ended up staying at another hotel nearby. Do not recommend this facility. My daughters have extreme allergies and epi pens- it was not safe for us to stay here.

The room was so dirty. there was nothing good about that place

It’s very dirty and not clean not for family or no one it’s the worst. thing it’s the worst ever place.

0 star hotel. False advertising. This hotel is not what it seems through the pictures. The area has sketchy people walking around. As soon as I walked into the room, the room had a foul odor. It smelled like cigarettes even though it says its a smoke free facility. It also smelled like musty wet carpet/mold. I could not stay here with my children. Checked out within 15 minutes. The receptionist seemed like a robot and did not help with issuing a refund or offer other accommodations. Do Not stay here. I wouldn't be surprised if there is bed bugs in there. 0 stars.

Disgusting property should not be allowed to be listed on Expedia. Checked in and checked out of the revolting room immediately. The stench of body odor and Years of stale cigarettes was overwhelming. I had my first asthma attack in years. Windows are screwed shut. Absolute fire hazard. Furniture in disrepair. They would give a refund on the room or parking. Working with Expedia to get a full refund. DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY!!!!

Awful place don’t go

Horrible non secure parking lot, Ancient very old looking klunky elevator, terrible lighting on 3rd floor hallway leading to our room. On way to room passed a disgusting out of operation ice machine with old spewdum surrounding the machine. Our key didn't work to get into the room. Once we get into the room, the furniture came from circa 1975 chipped, nicked and worse. Room was horrible, bathroom towel holder had a dried white powdery substance stuck to the wood, carpet was damaged multiple places, the smell of the unit was disgusting. Don't let the pictures on Expedia fool you! This place has a new sign, but the rest is not the shiny facility the description wants you to think. We only stayed 1st night due to all day traveling and coming in after midnight. WE left the next day, but the management would not refund our money. Even after all our complaints they would not give us a penny back. They repeated several times no refund because we booked with 3rd party. Expedia should not even acknowledge this stinker of a hotel in their advertising.

The front desk lady was very nice. The property and rooms were dirty and shabby. We would not recommend this place to anyone. Are reservation was nonrefundable so we had no choice but to stay.

The staff was friendly and doing the best job possible, but the property was really, really bad. Our door was so water damaged that it didn't truly close and you had to bash it with your shoulder to open. Everything was falling apart, the tub had a steady stream no matter how tight we shut it off. Not a drip, a stream. The room smelt of mold and smoke. My kids did say the bunk beds were comfortable. I hate to leave such a bad review, but that was a lot of money to spend to stay in what felt like a place that should have been condemned.
